PITCH : Imagine the Earth with many cults but no religion and meet Sola, a young woman with precognitive abilities, trying to understand and control her gift. While looking for a mentor, the interruption of armed sect members and her unexpected fusion with a mysterious artefact will change her destiny.
Now tracked by a guru, a hitman and a megalomaniac sorcerer – in order to survive – she will have to understand the unearthly nature of the artefact as well as what the Great Journey means.
The Great Journey is a three parts adventure that melts action and occultism. Off from the genre’s stereotypes, we opted for an evolutionary narration as this first part – for example – will begin on a lighter tone only to end with panic and violence.
We will keep this fresh style all along the trilogy as the second volume will vary the point of view between small groups of characters at different crucial moments and, the third one, will redefine the characters and their purpose as well.
It all aims at surprising the reader by harmonizing form and content for a greater reading experience.
